Vendor Information

This page describes the opportunities for sponsorship and exhibition space at Robothon. Please note that table space for vendors and exhibitors will be first come, first served, in the order of receipt of payment.

Robothon Sponsor:

• Donations of $500 or more.
• Prominent display of company logo and URL on Robothon web page and printed literature(*).
• Two tables at Robothon (additional tables for $50 each).
• Up to $200 may be paid by donations of raffle items. Half of the market value of donated raffle items will be deducted from the registration fee.

Robothon Vendor:

• For commercial organizations.
• Display of company logo and URL on Robothon web page and printed literature(*).
• $250 for two tables, $50 for each additional table.
• Up to $50 may be paid by donations of raffle items. Half of the market value of donated raffle items will be deducted from the registration fee.
• $50 discount for early registration by August 10.
• After September 5: registration fee is $500, with no recognition on printed literature.

Robothon Exhibitor:

• For non-commercial, not-for-profit organizations: $25 per table.
• For individuals and educational organizations: first table free, $25 for each additional table.

Raffle Donor:

• Display of company logo and URL on Robothon web page and printed literature(*).
• Display and description of product on Robothon web page, including a link to your site.
• Please send items to arrive by Wednesday, September 5. (Items will be displayed on raffle web page when they are received.)

(*) Deadlines for display of company logo in Robothon literature:

• Promotional Posters: Friday, August 10.
• Event Flyers: Wednesday, September 5.
• Web Page: Friday, September 14.
