Vendor Information

This page describes the opportunities for sponsorship and exhibition space at Robothon.

Robothon Sponsor:

• Donations of $500 and above.
• Prominent display of company logo and URL on Robothon web page and printed literature(*).
• Two tables at Robothon (additional tables for $50 each).

Robothon Vendor:

• For commercial organizations.
• Display of company logo and URL on Robothon web page and printed literature(*).
• $250 for two tables, $50 for each additional table.
• $50 discount for early registration by Friday, August 18.
• After September 15: $500, with no recognition on printed literature.

Robothon Exhibitor:

• For individuals and non-commercial, not-for-profit organizations.
• $25 for one table, or free for individuals and educational organizations.
• $25 for each additional table.

Raffle Donor:

• Display of company logo and URL on Robothon web page and printed literature(*).
• Display and description of product on Robothon web page, including a link to your site.
• Please send items to arrive no later than Friday, September 15. (Items will appear on web page when they are received.)

(*) Donation and logo must be received by Friday, September 15 to appear in printed literature.

Please note that table space for vendors and exhibitors will be first come, first served, in the order of receipt of payment.
