Two 1 pound combat robots battle in a confined arena. The one left standing wins, or if the 3 minute match runs out it comes to a judges' decision based on damage and aggression.
The event is being run by Western Allied Robotics Society, and the rules can be found on their website.

Antweight Combat Robot Rental
Here's your chance to show your driving skills with combat robots. Periodically during Saturday's event, and all day Sunday, you can rent an antweight robot and battle against others to see who is the better driver.

Cost is $5.00 for a 3 minute match.

Now you can show that you're a better driver instead of being relegated to the role of 'armchair driver'. Saturday's event will be on the main floor. Sunday's will be upstairs in conference room A.
